External jobs: Any job whose customer and payment did not come through your Jeneum storefront (e.g. MovingHelp or referrals). Operators pay crews directly off-platform; Jeneum stays out of customer money flow. External jobs with your own crew are $0.
Marketplace dispatch: An external job completed with at least one Jeneum marketplace mover assigned. Counted per completed job, not per mover (a crew of three marketplace movers on one job is one dispatch). Counted only on completion — canceled jobs and customer no-shows do not consume allowance or incur fees. Never deducted from mover pay; billed to the operator's subscription invoice.
Monthly allowance: The first 20 marketplace dispatches each calendar month are included with your subscription; resets on the 1st of each month and does not roll over.
Storefront bookings: Standard 8% fee on jobs booked and paid through your Jeneum storefront; never counts toward the marketplace allowance.
