Terms of Service

Effective date: September 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of Jeneum — the platform, jeneum.com, tenant storefronts on jeneum.com subdomains, the operator dashboard, and the Jeneum mover app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Jeneum provides software for launching and operating local moving companies: storefronts, quoting and booking, dispatch, messaging, and payment processing. Each moving company on the platform is an independent business — Jeneum is not a moving company and is not a party to the service contract between a moving company and its customers.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or messaging and payment rules; suspended accounts and their records are retained per our Privacy Policy.

Operators

Operators pay $299 at setup (which Jeneum may waive as a promotion), $149 per month, and 8% of gross booking volume processed through the platform — additive, not either/or. Operators are responsible for their company's legal compliance — licensure, tax obligations, and the accuracy of quotes and marketing on their storefront. Business insurance is optional and is not required to dispatch work; current coverage earns an insured badge on the storefront while it lasts. Full detail: Operator terms.

Movers

Movers must complete onboarding, including W-9 tax documentation, before accepting jobs. Background screening is not currently required; if Jeneum introduces it later, Jeneum will pay for the screening, never deduct it from your pay, and update these terms first. Job offers are first-come, first-served unless a company manager assigns otherwise, and the moving company sets the pay you accept or decline. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. The moving company you book with is the merchant of record for your move. Jeneum retains a platform fee from processed payments. Refunds and disputes for moving services are between the customer and the moving company; we provide the tooling. Text messaging

SMS consent is collected separately — a mover checks a box at signup, a customer checks a box at booking — not by creating an account or signing the moving agreement alone. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help — the carrier answers with a standard reminder on how to unsubscribe. Google Maps Platform

Portions of Jeneum use Google Maps Platform, including Places Autocomplete for address entry and Distance Matrix for travel-time calculations. By using the service or submitting addresses through the quote funnel, you agree to be bound by theGoogle Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Serviceand theGoogle Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no interference with the service, no misrepresentation of identity or business status, no messaging recipients without consent, and no attempts to access other tenants' data. We may remove content or suspend access to protect the platform and its users.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeneum disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of moving companies, movers, or customers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where Jeneum is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and material changes announced to account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
