Customer moving agreement

This is the agreement a customer signs when booking a move online. Every booking records the exact version signed, and every version stays published at its own permanent address — so a signed booking can always be matched to the words that were signed.

Mover terms

These are the terms a mover agrees to when working through the Jeneum app. Every acceptance records the exact version agreed to, and every version stays published at its own permanent address — so an acceptance record can always be matched to the words that were agreed to.

Privacy Policy

This is the policy describing what information we collect across the platform and how we use it. Every version stays published at its own permanent address — so the policy in effect on any given date can always be reproduced.
